Job Description
-Leading, managing, and inspiring the sales staff to meet the overall corporate sales goals.
-Updating and carrying out the plans for the sales tactics.
-Establishing suitable company goals to provide sales possibilities.
-Offering both current and potential customers a professional and first-rate level of customer service.
-Manage the scheduled shift and assist the sales manager by accomplishing all tasks.
-Accountable for managing and preserving real estate assets with the intention of maximizing revenue and profits.
-Lead and oversee a real estate sales team, carry out office tasks, and keep up with recent developments in the real estate sector.
-Set financial targets for the agents to meet on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Job Requirements
-Experience in Real Estate is a must.
-Not less than 3 years of experience as a real estate sales team leader.
-Owning a car is a must.
-Experience with real estate developers.
-Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.
Fluent English.
