The Role
As our Website Designer, you'll bring your expertise in front-end development, UX principles, and visual design to create and maintain exceptional websites. What You'll Do
Design and develop new websites and landing pages focused on engaging visitors and delivering impactful user experiences.
Optimize existing website structure and elements to improve site performance, navigability, and aesthetics, focusing on mobile responsiveness.
Implement visual design concepts within established brand guidelines, creating a cohesive and impactful look and feel across our sites.
Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and stay on top of maintenance responsibilities, ensuring flawless performance.
Work collaboratively with content creators, marketing, and project teams to execute web projects that achieve marketing and project-specific goals.
Stay updated on emerging web design trends, new technologies, and best practices, driving continuous website improvement.
Job Requirements
echnical Toolkit: Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one relevant front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Design Eye & UX Instinct: Exceptional visual design skills with a meticulous attention to detail and strong understanding of UX principles.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to effectively translate requirements from multiple stakeholders into functional web designs.
Technical Translator: Skilled in communicating and justifying design choices to both technical and non-technical team members.
