Job Description
- Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence.
- Being involved in decision-making processes.
- Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management and different dept.
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Taking dictation and minutes.
- Dealing with incoming email.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an Advertising Agency is a Must
- Preferred be a resident in New Cairo area or else near
- Must have at least 3 years experience in the same post.
- Experience in Food and Beverage field is a preferred
- University graduate preferred to be in Marketing field or advertising special in university.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Excellent English and Arabic (written & spoken)
- Professional appearance and personal
- Polished communications skill both verbal and written
- Multi-tasking skills
- The ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Great planning skills
- Accurate reporting skills
- A positive attitude
- Must be able to handle pressure well
- Flexibility in working hours
