Job Description
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans.
- Administer health and Social insurance programs.
- Evaluate the Employees.
- Responsible for Payroll Process.
- Good knowledge with labor law
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR specialist and Generalist.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
- Team management skills.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Very good at English.
