Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Professionally reply to customers' comments and messages
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Creating a great customer experience and loyalty
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Familiar with social media tools such as:- Instagram, Facebook,…
  • Available to work in rotational shifts
  • Morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Evening Shift from 1 PM to 10 PM
