Job Description
- Receives items contained in the incoming store and ensures that they are safe and matched with the supplier's receipt permission, supply orders or orders.
- Edits the scan and receipt form
- Organizes storage and works on the safety of stocks in accordance with storage instructions.
- Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.
- Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
- Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as accountant Store keeper
- Bachelor of Commerce accounting
- Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
