Job Description
Main Duties & responsibilities:
- Interact with suppliers to negotiate prices and specs.
- Interact with project managers to decide their technical needs.
- Participate in building up the projects’ budget.
- Prepare comparison sheets and recommend the best received quotations.
- Coordinate with Technical Affairs to assure the technical specs suitability.
- Review the PRs to confirm compliance.
- Prepare the needed monthly reports (procurement status – Actual Vs budget – Budget variance, etc…).
- Coordinate with warehouse department to secure minimum stock levels.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Engineering background (preferably Electrical Engineering).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Engineering or Energy companies experience is mandatory.
- Very good command of English language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent MS skills.
- ERP knowledge is a plus (preferably Oracle).
