Job Description
- Work with business divisions to define reporting needs and requirements Perform large-scale data analysis to extract actionable insights related to app and marketing campaigns performance. Propose data-backed solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
- Complete ad hoc analytics requests quickly and efficiently to support commercial and technical decision-making. Find automation opportunities and self-service analytics solutions to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Works with internal and external customers and IT partners to gather and validate requirements.
- Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translates it into functional specifications.
- Lead and/or assist in the design, architecture, and implementation of data sources to include data warehouse, traditional relational databases, and unstructured content utilizing installed Business Intelligence suite.
- Interacts with customers to understand business and data requirements, and iteratively designs report prototypes for customer feedback.
- Responsible for the design and creation of data structures to produce reports to make data actionable and facilitate decision-making for clients.
- Design, develop and maintain Semantic Layer and Reporting using Microsoft SSAS & Power BI.
- Works with team to identify best means to display data e.g., dashboard, chart, report, tabular, filters, selection options, and subsequently build.
- Analyze the performance of developed reports and assist in any recommended optimizations.
- Maintain or update business intelligence repository, tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Integrate the reporting dashboards with another system modules
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking.
- Applies design and data analysis techniques to organize the presentation of data in impactful ways to make it easier to understand, insightful, and actionable by end-users.
- Ensure that the design and operation of the BI solutions are appropriate to meet the information and decision support requirements of the business.
- Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
- Upgrade existing reports as required according to system analysis and design specifications document.
- Create and maintain executive quality dashboards and reports
- ·Create relational database tables, views, stored procedures, SQL statements and user-defined functions according to database design specifications.
- Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science /statistics/engineering field or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 Years of Industry experience required.
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong experience in data querying or modeling using SQL.
- Have experience with SAP Client Tools (is preferred).
- Excellent ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
