Job Description
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Tracking the employees attendance and annual leaves.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Hands-on Social insurance form1,2 and 6.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations ,etc)
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Handle Medical claims -Approvals -Medical cards & refund with a medical company.
- Performs any other related tasks when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist or Coordinator.
- BA degree from a reputable University.
- Very Good English skills writing and speaking.
- Very Good t with MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong attention to details
