Job Description

  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Tracking the employees attendance and annual leaves.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Hands-on Social insurance form1,2 and 6.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations ,etc)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Handle Medical claims -Approvals -Medical cards & refund with a medical company.
  • Performs any other related tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist or Coordinator.
  • BA degree from a reputable University.
  • Very Good  English skills writing and speaking.
  • Very Good  t with MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong attention to details
