Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the Influencers Unit their professional development
- Develop strategies to grow MarketeersHub's influencers data-base while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
- Report weekly on influencer activity with understanding of key reporting metrics
- Responsible for new business proposals and pitches, setting team/unit strategy and goals, managing budgets, and building/nurturing relationships with entertainment and consumer brands for ongoing partnerships.
- Responsible for setting department growth goals & KPIs
- Operationalize and establish processes for scaling the Influencer marketing practices
- Create influencer documentation profiling suite: including modeling, establishing Key Performance Indexes, demographics analysis, measurement, calculating return on
- Oversee timelines and onsite operations, content capture, approvals and timely posting of all influencer content.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer management
- Previous team management experience
- Leadership and Communication skills
- Creative and commercially minded
- Experience in creating & developing teams
