Job Description

  • Manage financial files and records and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
  • Collect outstanding debts from clients.
  • Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
  • Processing and recording transactions.
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
  • Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
  • Gathering, monitoring, analyze the financial data, to summarize financial status. 
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions on daily base (Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts receivable), including generating invoices and account statements, and including vendor payments and customer billing.
  • Responsible for monthly analysis of AR, customers outstanding payments analysis and follow up the collections.
  • Helping the finance manager in monthly forecast of cash requirements, preparing the payment requests. 
  • Control Cash payment by checking and compliance within applicable policy for cash payment.
  • Assist in Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectively to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as assigned. 
  • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
  •  Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting or any relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of Experience in the same role.
  • AR background is a must.
  • Very good user of Excel & ERP system. 
  • Good Knowledge of IFRS 
  • Excellent in English is a Must. 
  • Very Good Communication skills, Accuracy and attention to details, Time management skills. 
  • Problems Solving Skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
