Job Description
Purpose:
Acquire insurance billers starting from negotiations, contractual agreements, integrations.
Maintain current client relationship.
Achieve monthly and yearly targets, based on company strategy.
Handle daily, weekly outdoor visits for acquiring new billers.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify customer needs.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Maintain current client relationship with insurance companies.
- Acquire need insurance leads by daily outdoor visits.
- Achieve targets based on company policy.
- Search for new systems requirements based on insurance market needs.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Fully involved in all steps to onboard insurance billers and go live with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and responding to trends and competitor, offerings to provide solutions and improve service.
- Working closely with internal Products, Integration, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation and Compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements and provide solutions.
- Negotiation of deals to cut cost and increase revenue for Company.
- Identify partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce related field of study.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
- Fintech or insurance or Banking is recommended.
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Knowledgeable of insurance industry, fintech, acquiring billers.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting and sales plans.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills Experience, customer handling
- Knowledge of industry (bills, airtime services, card payments, Wallets) or another financial services.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work on business development opportunities with existing clients.
- Strong problem-solving, Strategic partnership skills.
- Very strong on planning/organizational, Analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with all levels.
- Results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Level of English is required
