Job Description
- Monitor bank accounts on daily basis.
- Issuing Daily Cash and Bank Payments and Receipts vouchers.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation and accounts analysis on monthly basis.
- Involved in Preparing the Balance Sheet of the American School.
- Issuing Cheques and making bank transfers.
- Processing Debit and Credit Notes and Invoices.
- Involved in packing salaries.
- Maintaining ICT report for the 3% and 1% on purchases.
- Calculating & preparing overtime payments & journal vouchers.
- Any other Jobs assigned by Finance Manager and CFO
Job Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in same field
- Excellent English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
