Job Description
An accountant required for Archer Solutions, a startup in the information technology field specialized in prviding ERP implementations. The accountant will be responsible of all accounting duties of the company as the company has low number of transactions monthly.
Duties:
- Plan with project managemnt department for monthly collections to maintain healthy cash flow
- Issue invoices and make collections and bank deposits for cash and checks
- Keep track of VAT and WHT and make payments in time
- Handle recurring AP payments (rent, subscriptions, etc.)
- Revise salaries and handle wages of outsourced contractors (if any)
- Plan for month/quarter AP and make cash reservations to pay them
- Make sure that expenses are within budget
- Keep responsibility of cash and banks (transactions and checks)
- Manage costs allocation on projects
- Make all tax payments online and
- Use online payment methods for all transactions when possible
- Periodic reports to the audit company
- Periodic reports to management
- Use ERP for entering transactions and extracting reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting/commerce
- Good experience in related field (2 - 5) years
- Good in using Excel
- Good in using accounting and ERP systems, preferrably Odoo
- Good in English
- Communication and presentation skills
- Preferred males > 30 years
