Job Description
- Record inventory in and inventory out, with proper authorization
- Accurate count of received items, reporting missing items to ordering department.
- Accurate count and check of all outgoing items, matching with purchase order or return form.
- Preparation of all orders from the ordering department.
- Immediate reporting of any damaged items, preferably not accepting them in the first place.
- Performing transfers in and out of the system.
- Reporting as requested by management, and reporting on the warehouse inventory and condition.
- Cleaning, tidying up of the warehouse.
