Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about Vodafone products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the management.
Job Requirements
- Military Service: Completion of military service or exemption (for male candidates).
- Age: Candidates should be under 30 years old.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum English level of B2.
- Education: Must be a graduate.
- Location: Must reside in Cairo.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
