Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Vodafone products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Military Service: Completion of military service or exemption (for male candidates).
  • Age: Candidates should be under 30 years old.
  • Language Proficiency: Minimum English level of B2.
  • Education: Must be a graduate.
  • Location: Must reside in Cairo.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high call volumes.
