Job Description

  • Update the clients data base on regular basis and reporting the updates to the sales operations department
  • Follow-up with customers’ collection of installments, and late payments
  • Handle customer complaints and different requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prearrange customer visits and units handing over.
  • Handle customers’ documentations like (reschedule and approval letters, cancellation requests, etc. …)
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and standards
  • Prepare daily productivity report and forwards to CSM

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferable in real estate. 
  • Excellent data entry, typing skills, and ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
