Job Description
- Update the clients data base on regular basis and reporting the updates to the sales operations department
- Follow-up with customers’ collection of installments, and late payments
- Handle customer complaints and different requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prearrange customer visits and units handing over.
- Handle customers’ documentations like (reschedule and approval letters, cancellation requests, etc. …)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and standards
- Prepare daily productivity report and forwards to CSM
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferable in real estate.
- Excellent data entry, typing skills, and ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
