Job Description
The Swiss Quality is seeking an HR Manager to assess the company HR needs, create job descriptions, create offers, interview applicants, discuss contracts, recruit and on-board new colleagues.
Job Duties:
The role includes:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Regularly review strategies to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
- Liaising management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Regularly reviewing the staff development plans
- Making recommendations to improve development plans
The Swiss Quality was established in Switzerland, in the beautiful Canton of Luzern, in 2019, though most of our staff are our Egyptian friends, working from home in Egypt.
In April 2020, we proudly count more than 10 employees working from home in Egypt, and we are proud of their commitment. Some have been working with us from the very beginning... Somaia, Ahmed, Sameh, Yasmeen, Shrouk, Heidi and Nour are part of the team!
Salaries, or Contractor Compensation, as we call them, are paid monthly on the first day of the month (1 May, 1 June, 1 July...) either through direct bank transfer or PayPal.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2 years experience in an HR role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Experience in assessing, creating and implementing solutions to increase engagement, retention and development of all team
