Job Description
Policies & Procedures full-time / part-time consultant, for a 4 months project
Responsibilities:
- Assess the current business process model between the functions and the current supported process automation systems
- Run comparisons with best-practices and benchmarks and identify the gap analysis.
- Identify key interactions and decisions needed within the organization
- Assess and validate current delegation of authority and RACI matrix to govern the operational relationship
- Develop the whole business policies documentation covering all the corporate functions (Governance, investment, Finance, HR, IT, safety, procurement, quality, ... etc)
- Develop the business processes flow charts (swim lanes) on Visio using BPMN2
- Develop the business process Documentation explaining the flow charts, Business Process KPIs, SLA involved in the process and Key inputs and outputs and dependencies)
- Align all the policies and processes to ISO standards
- Train the champions on the new policies and processes
Job Requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in corporate governance, corporate policy development, and business process re-engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities
- Flexibility to travel outside Egypt if needed (50% of the time)
- Available to start within a month
- 4 months project, to be extended to 6 months or more
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws of Saudi Arabia and regional best practices.
- Highly preferable to have certificates on; ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14000, Lean manufacturing and six sigma
