Job Description
- Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to our vacancies.
- Responsible for recruitment for White & Blue collars.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Respond to all hiring requests accurately and on time.
- Accurately inform the candidates with the job offer, and confirm their acknowledgment.
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no show reasons.
- Updating records like headcount, charts and etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent).
- Experience: 2-4 Years.
- Gender: Males only.
- Experience in recruiting blue-collar.
- Excellent computer skills.
