Job Description
- Coordinate and manage Revit models.
- Ensure model meets expectations stated in the project BIM Execution Plan.
- Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
- Complete accurate project timesheets.
- Develop and update Revit Families and Libraries.
- Quantity Survey the drawings to adapt with BOQ.
- Assist in coordination between Technical Office team and Site to work with the latest drawings.
- Prepare plan sections, detail drawings, create spool sheets, bill of materials, hanger lists, Total Station files, etc.
- Coordinate and detail 3D plumbing & HVAC systems.
- Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate and prepare as-built models and drawings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years with excellent experience in Revit MEP/ AutoCAD
- 2-5 years of working experience in electromechanical drafting field.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and BIM (Revit).
- Previous experience in residential and commercial building is preferred.
