Job Description
- Translate a wide variety of texts (promotional material, product information, professional/ corporate communications, sales presentations, training materials, technical documents, patents, etc.) pertaining to the following categories: general healthcare and wellness, beauty, and skincare, and medical devices and diagnostic solutions.
- Review translations are done by other translators and freelancers.
- Assume responsibility for proofreading and editing of Arabic and English documents.
- Manage projects and priorities, negotiate deadlines, build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
- Support internal customers by providing expert advice, and serve as a go-to person for all questions related to translation projects (administrative and linguistic).
- Contribute to creating and enriching an in-house terminology database.
- Contribute to developing and coaching other translators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in translation is a must.
- Minimum of 8-10 years progressive corporate experience in translation, preferably in legal translations.
- Results and performance-driven.
- A high degree of initiative and ability to work independently under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sense of urgency: ability to juggle priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong commitment to working in a team environment and demonstrated a sense of valuing collaboration.
- Fast learner and ability to quickly familiarize with and adopt new tools.Familiarity and willingness to learn CAT tools.
