Job Description
- Sourcing, filtering, screening and coordinating interview schedules for all jobs according to resourcing plan
- Conducting interviews and all reports related
- Sending and receiving business emails
- Performing data entry and preparing required reports.
- Making & receiving customers, employees and candidate's calls.
- Sourcing training centers and coordinating training schedules and events
- Organizing training, events and all related logistics work.
- Coordinate the employee's events, activities for engagement
- Attending all meetings and training scheduled by the company
- Meeting HR departments objectives and KPIs
Job Requirements
- High graduate
- Generalist experience is preferred
- Excellent customer focus skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Very good command of the English language
- Excellent computer skills

- Very good verbal / written communication skills
