- Sets the promoters’ monthly sales targets after consulting the (MT Merchandizers’ Supervisor) and the (Sales Segments’ Managers)
- Conducts the promoters’ monthly evaluations
- Train and update the promoter about the visibility guidelines (location - planogram - products and promotions prices - products and promotions descriptions)
- Follows up on the execution of the visibility guidelines
