Job Description
Real Estate Sales, working with Developers at New Cairo, Norths Coast, and New Capital For new projects, have a good knowledge of all projects.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of the English language
- Good computer skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and fast learner
- Able to achieve sales targets
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience ( new capital, new cairo , north coast ) is a must
- Owns a car (preferable)
- Nasr city residence (preferable)
