Job Description
- Search and create database of potential clients for VOO.
- Contacting potential customers/ new leads to inform them about VOO services.
- Answering questions about VOO services.
- Asking proper questions to understand customer requirements and needs.
- Close sales deals
- Work on VOO database of potential clients and update their information.
- Create Clients' account on VOO system.
- Handle clients questions with preserving VOO's reputation and quality of service.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of previous experience in telesales /customer services.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about VOO services and describe/explain them to potential clients.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
