Job Description
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy
- Supporting personnel file management and employee records.
- Support daily HR operations such as updating HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening
- Utilizing your excellent Power BI and Excel skills to analyze HR data and generate reports
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and support employee engagement
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Power BI and advanced Excel skills is a MUST
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, numbers handling and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
