Job Description
- As a Social media content creator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s and clients views creatively.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Senior Content Creator duties include:
1. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences for current accounts and competition
2. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Setting specific objectives and reporting for each account
4. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
5. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, media, design and operations manner and monitor customer review
6. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures)
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
8. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience in Social media with minimum of 3 years.
- Team Leadership skills
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Fair knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
