Job Description

  • Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications
  • Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals
  • Responding to queries via email, or phone
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Running reports to analyze common complains and problems
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background:-  Bachelor of Engineering OR Information Systems OR Computer Sciences.
  • Years of experience:- from 3 to 5.
  • Proficiency in Computer Programs:-
  • MCSE 2012 OR 2016 Microsoft Certificate ( Must )
  • A+ & N+ Courses 
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
  • Other Skills:- Preferred CCNA.
