Job Description

  • Lead HR compensations, benefits, rewards, health, etc.
  • Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
  • Reviews and approves budgets, develops and implements new HR policies, and maintains the company’s HR systems. 
  • Efficiently scale our HR team and Process in a way that leverages self-service, automation, and technology. Quantify and manage to a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage and oversee  organization framework and employee data.
  • Maintain knowledge of current, local employment laws, best practices, and ensure company policies are legally compliant.
  • Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance,)
  • Responsible for People management, Employees rations, Employees Personnel (Contracts, filing system) to ensure alignment with the Labor Law.
  • Ensure that all employees’ personal files and profiles in the HRIS module are updated.
  • Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs
  • Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to
    Management Team and Board of Directors for improvement of the organization’s
    policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements

  • Holding an HR Diploma is A MUST.
  • Language: V. Good command of the English language
  • Experience 9to 12  years overall exp and 6 years in supervision / managerial position at least
  • Computer skills: Excellent user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in payroll, medical, different systems is A MUST
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Law or other related
  • Good knowledge of other relevant HR tools
