Job Description
- Responsible for managing products sales, advertising and promotion activities in His/her Area.
- Leading and coaching His/her team of Medical Representatives to Achieve Company objectives.
- Identify business opportunities can obtained with hospitals, major medical centers, doctors, pharmacists, distributors.
- Review and analysis sales results VS target to develop strategies to reach His/ her Area target & Products market Share.
- Plan & Follow-up sales planned routes achievements and motivate sales team, in addition to field visits with His/ her Team to coach sales team.
- Conduct periodic meetings with His/ her team to assess performance and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Analysis competitive products market share and how Adamco Pharm products can be handled commercially and medically.
- Participate in coordination with scientific office manager of Department Target Breakdown
- Listing company key Clients to build professional relationship for developing their loyalty
- Evaluate His/ her team semesterly & annually and send his training recommendations to HR by agreed timeframe.
- Cooperation with the marketing for Product Marketing & Positioning at His/ her Area.
Job Requirements
- Practical Experience:-Experience: Minimum 3 years at the same position in pharmaceutical
- Industries Preferred at African Market.
- Language skills:- French (A2,B1)
- Job Location:-West Africa (Niger)
