Open and follow-up (LC) letters of credit required for import.
Review invoices and documents submitted to banks or the custom.
Follow-up shipping, receiving, unloading and release cars.
Estimating of new vehicles costs.
Follow-up with the Custom in determining the value of CIF and any other expenses added to the import costing and Identification of the customs value and sales tax, and
development fee and pay these values to the Customs to release the car.
Work with CFO to resolve standard cost issues.
Determine COGS and analysis it to provide the project with accurate information.
Follow-up to record every actions and its impact on (GL) and final accounts.
Analyze and reconcile monthly inventory report.
Preparing the documentary cycle of the vehicle cycle until delivering it to the client.
Study the current and future situation of funding by the statement of cash flow and Prepare reports submitted to CFO to take decisions for funding.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, submit it to the Board of Directors, and discuss it to take the appropriate decisions which pertaining to sales policies.
Preparing accounting reports submitted to government such as monthly report of sales tax or report of the annual income tax or other earning reports for the business tax or stamp tax.
Preparing of the general budget and final accounts and reviewed with the relevant accounting office.
Contribute to the tax examination of the company, whether sales or income tax or other.
