Job Description
- Manage & Supervise IT Team.
- Assure technology infrastructure meets the needs of the organization.
- strategic business plans and specific user functionality requirements.
- Lead large IT projects, including the design, budget plan.
- procurement and deployment of new IT systems and services.

- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational stander policy.
- Ensure of a software licensing laws & regulation.
- Estimate the IT department’s annual human capital and material needs to determine its annual budget, according to the business objectives of the organization and its strategic plans.
- Ensures that systems migration processes go smoothly and do not interrupt business activity.
- Provide orientation & training to users of existing or new technology.
- Work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend and develop high-quality cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Responsible for network, data security and system backups.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience minimum 3 years in a managerial position, previous experience in an academic environment is a plus.
- Thorough practical knowledge of IT systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage, and telecom systems.
- Certified (MCSE & CCNA) is a plus.
