Job Description

  • Design/ Develop Soft Skills Training Materials
  • Create customized training materials when needed
  • Deliver Soft skills training programs
  • Cover the training administrative tasks for the programs s/he delivers
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as trainer
  • Fluent in English and Arabic “ Oral & Written ”
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
  • High presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
  • A strong customer-focused background
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage training schedules
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
