Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supporting in building the automated KPIs main reports and MIS reports.
- Calibrating with the client on the used process and needed ones to be enhanced and handled business with its contribution.
- Calibrating with the support functions teams to confirm the aligning on the internal ongoing process.
- Using DAMIC projects in KPIs improvement to define and analysis the opportunities and root causes.
- Managing team performance.
- Handling vendor’s escalations.
- Handling vendor’s requirement in the running business for different KPIs.
- Using daily observation and analysis for the failed KPIs to identify the root causes, and the action will be followed to improve the opportunities and make daily progress to improve.
- Managing to perform sustainable performance during launching period.
- Providing weekly/ monthly business unite report to give visibility on the numbers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in such position.
- Very good command English.
- Very good knowledge of MS office.
- COPC Knowledge(certified is a plus).
