Job Description
- Project Manager Support.
- Confirming full project scope and Estimating.
- Understanding project requirements and creating a complete project plan covering the scope of the project, schedule, and resource management, determining any risks involved and designing deadlines along with milestones.
- Confirming handoffs and following up with the suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Tracking deliverables and doing QA on files to ensure optimum quality of the deliverables.
- Managing multiple Localization projects simultaneously and monitoring the activities involved.
- Storing project related information, feedbacks, lessons learned and building knowledge bank for future projects.
- Working on SDLX, SDL Trados Studio and various other CAT Tools for preparing files, analysis, creating package and updating TMs.
- Confirming processing the job once it’s approved.
- Analyze, design localization process for different business cases.
- Continuous improvement for end-to-end translation & DTP process.
- Maintaining premium service levels with existing accounts.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Translation, Business or related field.
- Have an excellent eye for detail and error.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and G-suite. Knowledge of Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) or CAT tools is a bonus.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams in an open and constructive way
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be highly responsive
