Job Description
- Acquires new customers from private sectors by reaching out to leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Follow sales planner & submit sales debrief form on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Arts or Faculty of Industrial Education.
- Real Estate Expert Is Plus.
- Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Some experience in Business to Business sales.
- Work by Planning and aims for Targets.
- Understands sales.
- Record Keeping and Reporting.
- Understand Target Audience, and makes the sale.
