Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all the administrative task for the business development manager.
- Manage the day-to-day time scheduling and appointments.
- Attending all the meetings and taking MOM.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience in textile filed
- Excellent command of both Arabic & English “writing & spoken”.
- Excellent drafting skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet).
