Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company training programs to current and potential clients
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Study the market and the client requirements and expectations (acting as a mediator between the company and the market)
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Report progress to the Business Development Manager 
  • Develop client relationships and strengthen company’s partnerships.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3-year experience
  • Experience in an education/training organization is a plus.
  • Excellent English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
