Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company training programs to current and potential clients
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Study the market and the client requirements and expectations (acting as a mediator between the company and the market)
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Report progress to the Business Development Manager
- Develop client relationships and strengthen company’s partnerships.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 1–3-year experience
- Experience in an education/training organization is a plus.
- Excellent English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
