Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Manage Quality Department to ensure all products are up to standards
- Review production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency
- Optimize production process by eliminating wastes and other constraints to improve work efficiency
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Responsible for ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smooth and effectively in order to boost factory utilization numbers
- Supervise activities of workers to ensure that they are hands-on in order to promote hard-work, which is needed for successful deliveries and completion of production tasks to meet clients’ demands and deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials
- Responsible for all warehouses’ activities & the inventory of Raw materials & finished goods count.
- Create a safe working environment for employees by putting in place safety
- measures to prevent accident and complications that may arise during work.
- Also provide safety gear to employees for protection in the event of accidents
- Schedule the maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensure efficient operations
- Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality
- Eliminate scrap cost to the minimum to minimize overheads and other COGS
- Select, Train, motivate and evaluate all of his direct subordinates to establish a well-developed professional team of work.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of Engineering or relative major
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing plant resources (Over 6 years to 10 years)
- Previous experience in FMCG is a must
- 6th October residents will be preferable
