Job Description
- Contribute in establishing the guidelines for Assessments to identify Talent both for selection and development purposes.
- Develop the Assessment Matrix with competencies levels and tools required to be administered across job families.
- Develop, maintain and source materials for Assessment Center Library to ensure availability of right kits to assess ability, competence, and personality for key roles.
- Plan and prepare a quarterly schedule of assessments to include observers, room bookings, and stationery materials.
- Conduct feedback sessions with the participants of the development centers along with HR and their managers to discuss the report and arrive at a clear development path for the participant to pursue.
- Consolidate and maintain the inventory of reports and ensure the database is actively managed for future reference in the event the participant is re-nominated for an assessment.
- Keep abreast of new tools available and conduct market intelligence to report how other companies have structured their assessment practices.
Job Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Psychology.
- Minimum 1 year experience, Preferred in Clinical experience
- Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Should be able to communicate effectively and have effective coaching skills.
- Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams.
