Job Description

  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. 
  • Manage Engine Cerise Desk
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
  • Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.

Job Requirements

  • Communication skills
  • Bachelor degree
  • Any degree related to information technology
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good English
  • Basic concept in ITIL.
