- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Manage Engine Cerise Desk
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
Job Requirements
- Communication skills
- Bachelor degree
- Any degree related to information technology
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good English
- Basic concept in ITIL.
