Commercial Contracts & Procurement Senior Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Senior Supervisor of B2B Contracts & Procurement Management directly reports to the Manager B2B Contracts & Procurement Management and works under guided supervision. The Senior Supervisor of B2B Contracts & Procurement Management serves as a member of the company’s operational team and is responsible for the execution aspects of the B2B Contracts & Procurement operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager Level towards executing processes and policies, procurement plan goals, objectives, policy and procedures ensuring that it’s done according to Etisalat Misr’s best interest and aligning with its mission & vision, optimizing budget utilization and achieving most advantageous combination of cost, quality & sustainability to meet Etisalat Misr’s internal and external B2B customer’s requirements leading to maintain the best value for money of Etisalat Misr’s B2B contractual & procurement activities.
• Interacts with different layers of the B2B teams in matters related to B2B business procurement and contracting operation.
• Execution of Etisalat Misr’s B2B procurement and contractual activities for Opex & Capex spent worth approx. 1 Billion EGP through contractual negotiation of B2B categories (B2B, Advertising, Media, Terminals, Sim & Scratch…etc.) Ensuring that it’s done according to Etisalat Misr’s best interest meeting the quality and cost ultimately to ensure that the value of money is maximized and the needs and requirement of Etisalat Misr are supplied on a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct market surveys in order to identify the potential vendors through pre selecting and apprising vendors to meet sourcing functions needs.
• The Senior Supervisor of B2B Contracts & Procurement Management possess the following capabilities:

1. Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and quickly adapt in an agile manner to changing priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment.
2. Possess strong interpersonal skills, further to being operation oriented
3. Enforce company goal plans and apply processes and develop new ideas to respond effectively to the change as per requested by Etisalat Misr’s Middle management and communicates and adopt as a role-model the company's mission, values, goals.
4. Following appropriate tendering practices for Sourcing of company’s B2B requirements through the interpretation contractual provisions, consider contractual requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedure and review contracts for accuracy.
5. Implementing best in class sourcing and procurement initiatives.
6. Act on any potential non-compliances and other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company’s best interest.
7. Preparing periodical reports requested by the company’s senior and middle management.
8. Demonstrate and maintain patience, tact, teamwork and commitment towards superior service and performance.
