Job Description

  • Prepares all Technical, Soft Services, and FM contracts for Nile City clients/tenants.
  • Renews all current contracts for Nile City clients.
  • Carries out all administrative works.
  • Follows up on invoices’ creation, delivery, and reviewing monthly/task orders invoices.
  • Handles client’s requests, inquires, and complaints.
  • Follows up soft services day-to-day operations with Soft Services department.
  • Acts as point of contact between the operations and internal/external clients.
  • Arranges meetings, appointments and takes the minutes of meetings.
  • Routes correspondences among departments.
  • Creates reports, presentations, and briefings.
  • Manages filing and documentation systems.
  • Supervises the receptionist's daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5+ years experience in Administration and Client liaison.
  • A facility Management background is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • MS Office Package
