Job Description
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM
- Responsible for entering and distributing leads to the sales on the CRM System and tracking data.
- Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM, Assigning Leads to the sales team)
- follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead on the CRM.
- Coordinating all related functions with developers (sending CILs, follow the feedback on the CIL, Arranging the orientations scheduling)
- Assisting in quality assurance regarding (Making sure that sales calls are going well )
- Supporting the sales department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- From 2-3 years experience in real estate companies.
- Very good knowledge in CRM &MS office
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organized & Attention to details.
- Very good Command of English Language
