Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Handle requirements gathering and data breakdown to provide high quality services/ products
Collaborate with the stakeholders, or delegated members of the applicable business group to define scope and pinpoint problem areas, vision, strategy, target audience and create requirements doc.
Collaborate with dev. team to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications and create stories and iterations upon.
Handle the Project Tracing during implementation phase
Create Success Matrix after the launch phase to evaluate the project as per the defined KPIs earlier
Facilitate communication and awareness of the standards and quality expectations of the stakeholders
Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes
Own and develop relationship with customers & partners and work with them to discover areas of improvements and integration
Communicate key insights and findings to product team

2+ Previous experience in Business Analysis
A degree in IT / Computer Science
Proven experience in eliciting requirements
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills in both Arabic and English
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point,
Strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
Any Agile Certifications (e.g. Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, Certified SAFe® Product Owner (PO))
