Job Description

  • Monitoring communication channels & responding to customers efficiently
  • Elevating the brand affinity & driving higher community engagement rates
  • Measuring community engagement & impact on customers’ online behaviors
  • Reporting all relevant figures, insights & plans for improvement on weekly & monthly basis
  • Scheduling & posting content calendars
  • Responding to all inquiries & tasks assigned by Sr. Executives in both Cairo & Dubai

Hybrid system

  • Working remotely (twice a week - 12 hr shift)
  • From the office (3 days a week - 6 hr shift)

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in written English & Formal Arabic
  • Knowledge of Social Media norms
  • Bilingual communication is a must, our clientele are mainly in the Gulf market (For now)
  • Awareness of the principles of Marketing
  • Familiarity with the UAE market
  • Fully understanding the mechanism & know how of Sprinklr or Emplifi
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably to be located within New Cairo, Maadi, Masr El Gedida & Nasr City
  • Having your own personal laptop
  • Readiness for full time hiring (within 2 weeks)
