Job Description
- Monitoring communication channels & responding to customers efficiently
- Elevating the brand affinity & driving higher community engagement rates
- Measuring community engagement & impact on customers’ online behaviors
- Reporting all relevant figures, insights & plans for improvement on weekly & monthly basis
- Scheduling & posting content calendars
- Responding to all inquiries & tasks assigned by Sr. Executives in both Cairo & Dubai
Hybrid system
- Working remotely (twice a week - 12 hr shift)
- From the office (3 days a week - 6 hr shift)
Job Requirements
- Fluency in written English & Formal Arabic
- Knowledge of Social Media norms
- Bilingual communication is a must, our clientele are mainly in the Gulf market (For now)
- Awareness of the principles of Marketing
- Familiarity with the UAE market
- Fully understanding the mechanism & know how of Sprinklr or Emplifi
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably to be located within New Cairo, Maadi, Masr El Gedida & Nasr City
- Having your own personal laptop
- Readiness for full time hiring (within 2 weeks)
