Job Description

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules.
  • Help the Head of Sales to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
  • Calls, Emails and keep updated and add all the missing info especially with the new contacts.
  • Sales Reports, Fill important documents and communicate relevant information.
  • Respond to other departments needs from the sales team.
  • Coordinate the process between Sales and other departments
  • Provide feedback, documentation and information needed to HOS.
  • Store and sort data and present reports.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • Reporting skills.
  • Extremely active, motivated, and ambitious.
  • MS office skills – Excel , Word and power point.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
  • Females only
  • Live near to office location ( Sheraton, Heliopolis)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to start at the soonest.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Working days of Saturday to Thursday.
