Job Description
- On-boarding new customers into Tagaddod services and products.
- Maintaining existing clients’ relationships and ordering recurrency.
- Acquiring new customers through referrals and generating new leads through calls.
- Handling complaints, escalations and conducting clients’ follow-up through relationship scales via agreed tools of communication with clients.
- Ensuring proper response/fulfillment rates in terms of client inquires, escalations and complaints.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks including, technical testing, technical set-up, inventory management, and documents gathering ...etc.
- Supporting collections team for billing allocation on a monthly basis.
- Being client’s VOC within the internal stakeholders of Tagaddod.
- Maintaining a solid relationship with partners in order to sustain/increase vendor-base/transactions’ volume in a competitive market and enhance partner experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same position.
- Good English.
- Very good MS office skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
