Job Description

  • On-boarding new customers into Tagaddod services and products.
  • Maintaining existing clients’ relationships and ordering recurrency.
  • Acquiring new customers through referrals and generating new leads through calls.
  • Handling complaints, escalations and conducting clients’ follow-up through relationship scales via agreed tools of communication with clients.
  • Ensuring proper response/fulfillment rates in terms of client inquires, escalations and complaints.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks including, technical testing, technical set-up, inventory management, and documents gathering ...etc.
  • Supporting collections team for billing allocation on a monthly basis. 
  • Being client’s VOC within the internal stakeholders of Tagaddod.
  • Maintaining a solid relationship with partners in order to sustain/increase vendor-base/transactions’ volume in a competitive market and enhance partner experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in the same position.
  • Good English.
  • Very good MS office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
