Job Description

We are looking for an Account Management Team Leader to join our team and be part of our growth. If you’re a Sales driven person, with great leadership skills, who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers.
  • Onboarding new joiners.
  • Develop the overall strategy for revenue growth.
  • Monitor overall restaurant performance metrics and direct the team to ensure their portfolios’ compliance with Otlob's operational standards, so we deliver to our customers in the fastest way possible!
  • Own and deliver on growth, and NCR (non-commission revenues) targets.
  • Be involved in the end-to-end process of bringing deals live, including pitching to restaurants when necessary.
  • Guide and motivate the team to achieve their targets.
  • Ideate and propose new ways to improve engagement, and partner experience of our key brands with Otlob.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements: 

  • 4+ Years of experience as an Account Manager, of which 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
  • Fluent English Speaker.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, specifically e-commerce business is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (partners) and internal (regional/local) teams across departments.
  • Data orientation, and strong analytical skills.
